Everything published here is macroeconomic research and intelligence analysis. It is not investment advice, not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset, and not a solicitation to do either. The desk is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and nothing on this site creates an adviser relationship with you.
Your trading and investment decisions are yours alone. XRP and every other asset covered here can lose value, including all of it. Consult a licensed professional who knows your actual circumstances before acting on anything you read on this site.
Accuracy, and the limits of it
This desk verifies aggressively, publishes its sources, labels every consequential claim with a verification status, and corrects the record when it gets something wrong. That is the entire point of the product, and those rules are documented on the Sources page.
None of that is a guarantee. Sources make errors, primary documents get revised, market data goes stale within minutes, and analysis that was reasonable on the evidence available can turn out to be wrong. The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. A verdict of Verified means the evidence supported the claim when it was checked, not that it is guaranteed true forever.
Forward-looking analysis, scenarios, and interpretation are opinion, and are labeled as such. They are not predictions of what will happen.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of this site is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of it or your reliance on anything published here, including trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages. This site is offered free of charge, and you use it at your own risk.
Using the content
The briefs, analysis, verdicts, dashboard classifications, and written content on this site belong to the desk's operator. You are welcome to quote, screenshot, and share it with attribution to GenXKrypto and a link back to the source page. That is how the desk grows and it is actively encouraged.
What is not permitted: republishing briefs wholesale as your own, stripping attribution, presenting desk verdicts as your own research, or using the content in a way that implies the desk endorses you, your project, or your token. Automated bulk scraping of the site is also not permitted.
Links to other sites
Briefs link out constantly, because sourced receipts are the product. Those destinations are not controlled by the desk. A link is a citation, not an endorsement of the outlet, its other coverage, or anything it may do with your data once you land there.
Availability
This is an independently operated site running on free infrastructure. There is no uptime guarantee, no service level commitment, and no promise that any particular brief will publish on any particular day. The publishing cadence described on the Sources page is the intent, not a contract. Features, including brief alerts, may change or stop working, and the site could go offline temporarily or permanently.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its database, or its infrastructure, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful. Do not misrepresent the desk's output, including altering a verdict, classification, or quote and presenting it as published work.
No relationship created
Reading this site, or receiving its notifications, does not create a professional, fiduciary, advisory, or confidential relationship between you and the desk's operator.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
